Private Parties at Wood-n-Tap Hartford

At the Original WnT Hartford, we offer two delightful and spacious room options, available for private functions. Let us know the size and style of your event, and we will help you select the room and party plan to best suit your needs.

The Banquet Room

  • Accommodates 50 guests.
  • Accommodates up to 50 guests.
  • Equipped with audio hook-ups for direct plug-and-play of an iPod, iPad or any other audio device.
  • DJ's equipment can plug directly into our sound system.
  • Full A/V system, including 42" HD flat screen that can be used in conjunction with Satellite TV or a laptop computer.
  • A deposit of $100 per room will be collected at the time of reservation to secure the date and room. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
  • There is no room fee when selecting Never Ending Party packages, Buffet packages or Chef to Table Sit down. Guest minimums apply.

The Great Room

  • Accommodates 80 guests for a seated reception.
  • Accommodates 100+ guests for a cocktail-style reception.
  • Equipped with audio hook-ups for direct plug-and-play of an iPod or any other audio device.
  • DJ's equipment can plug directly into our sound system.
  • Full A/V system, including projection screen that can be used in conjunction with Satellite TV, a laptop computer, DVD player or VCR.
  • Party menus and packages available.
  • Private back bar.
  • Large stone fireplace.
  • A deposit of $100 per room will be collected at the time of reservation to secure the date and room. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
  • There is no room fee when selecting Never Ending Party packages, Buffet packages or Chef to Table Sit down. Guest minimums apply.
