At Wood-n-Tap, we want to say thank you by giving back to our loyal guests through our rewards program. Your points will be converted into dollars on your card that are redeemable at all Wood-n-Tap locations. We know you have many choices of where to go out to eat, and we would like to enhance your experience and value by choosing to dine with us.

FAQs

  • One Point is the equivalent of one dollar spent on food and beverage at any Wood-n-Tap location.  Every 250 points will earn you a $10 Reward.  Points are based on the subtotal of the check before tax.  You can accumulate your rewards and they do not expire

  • You earn rewards by using your Tap card when dining at any Wood-n-Tap location. Just present your Tap Card or phone number before paying your check and the points from that visit will be added. You earn $10 every 250 points.  When you earn a reward, it automatically loads onto your card so you don’t have to keep track of emails or certificates. Points are based on the subtotal of the check before tax.

  • Just let your friendly Wood-n-Tap staff member know when you're ready to use your rewards and they can apply them to your check.

  • On the 1st day of your Birthday Month a Free Appetizer is automatically loaded onto your card and can be used any day during that month.  All you have to do is order an appetizer from the This-n-That section of our Full Menu during your Birthday month, present your Tap Card or phone number before paying for your visit, and the appetizer will be credited off (up to $13.99). 

  • You can’t add a past visit yourself but all you have to do is email a copy of your receipt with your Tap Card number or phone number to Loyalty@wntus.com and we will add the missed visit for you.

  • Some guests end up with more than one TAP card so the points for their visits are being distributed to different cards and it takes longer to earn rewards. You should only have one Tap Card.  If you have been informed by a Wood-n-Tap staff member that you have multiple cards in the system, just email Loyalty@wntus.com so we can combine your cards. 

  • No you don't! If you don't have your Tap Card don't worry, you can use your phone number to add points.

  • If you need to change any of your personal information, please email Loyalty@wntus.com and we will update your profile.

  • We must not have your current phone number on your TAP card profile.  Please email Loyalty@wntus.com with your TAP card number and the phone number you'd like associated with your card so we can add it to your profile and everything will work. 

  • No, the rewards (money) on your TAP card are just like money on a gift card. They do not expire and you can use the rewards in one visit or at multiple visits depending on your reward balance.

  • We have discontinued the Tap App Loyalty numbers that begin with prefix 36424. If you have one of those numbers, ask a Wood-n-Tap staff member to sign you up for NEW Tap card on your next visit.  Once you have a new Tap card number just email us at Loyalty@wntus.com with that number and we will move the points from your Tap App loyalty card to your new Tap card. 

  • If have been a Tap Card holder for a while and you are presented with another sign up form at the end of your visit it’s because we don’t have a complete profile for you in the system If your profile is not complete you cannot check your balance or use our phone number look-up to add points. More importantly, if you lose your physical card and we don’t have your profile information in our system, we won’t be able to look you up in order to transfer your current points and rewards to a new card and you are at risk of losing earned points and rewards.

  • NO, if you need a replacement card for any reason, please email Loyalty@wntus.com so we can properly transfer your points and rewards from your previous card to a new one so you don’t lose out on points and rewards you’ve earned from past visits.
